Thinking about joining a guild? Before applying, please be sure to read over the short list of rules below to ensure that your application goes through smoothly!
You can only join one ( 1 ) guild at a time!
You can change guilds once a month by filling out the contact form and letting me know! For now, this is just a temporary measure until I figure out how to add the field to the update form. Multiple people can join the same guild!
You must have a valid email and a website!
You must provide a valid email — your email will not be used for any other purpose than allowing you to update your information and receiving emails about any updates to Nakama. During registration, you can choose to hide your email on the members list. The website you provide must be either owned or co-owned by you!
Your website must be acccessible!
Social media accounts and forums are not allowed. Any other websites with private profiles will also not be accepted. Tumblr and other blogging websites are fine to use, as long as the website is publically available!
Please keep your website content reasonable!
Websites with explicit sexual content, illegal content, hate speech, violence, and other harmful content will not be accepted. Artistic or tasteful nudity and yaoi / yuri are accepted.
A link back and guild mark must be present!
Make sure your guild mark is somewhere visible on your website either before or right after joining! Websites that are still under construction, coming soon, or hiatus are perfectly fine, just as long as the guild mark and link (if separate) are somewhere I can find them! Please be sure to keep the link back updated.
Do not hotlink images if you choose a guild sprite!
Please save the image to your own server or to another image hosting service such as Imgur, ImgBB, or PostImage. This prevents bandwidth from draining from my server, allowing more friends to come and join us!
Keep your information up to date!
If you need to change any of your information, please use the update form to do so! Link checks will be done every 2 months — if your link is dead or I cannot find a link back to Nakama anywhere, you will be removed. Re-applications are always welcome!
